Setup help for Southwest Airlines pilots.
Setting up for the first time?
CrewHub syncs your trips to a calendar; CrewWX reads that calendar. Start with the guide for wherever you would like your trips calendar to live:
Already signed up?
Need to change your calendar URL, home airport, email address, or how early your alerts start? Visit crewwx.com/update, enter your current email address, and we’ll send you a secure link good for 24 hours. Every other setting is on that page too.
Paste your calendar URL below to confirm it’s working before signing up or submitting an update. The calendar address should start with either webcal:// or https://
If the calendar test tool above told you every event is showing as a generic “Busy” block with no real details, CrewWX can’t read trip information from it, even though the calendar itself is connected and reachable. You’ll need to submit a different, correct calendar link. This isn’t a setting you can flip on the link you already gave us. This has one of two causes:
Not sure which applies to you, or tried both and still stuck? Email [email protected] and we’ll take a look.
Calendar links can stop working after certain account changes. iCloud sometimes resets public URLs after a password change, and Google can do the same after a security update. Either way, your trips are still syncing in CrewHub; the shared link just needs to be refreshed.
Follow Step 4 of the iCloud Calendar setup guide to re-share your calendar and get a new link, then submit it at crewwx.com/update.
Work through these in order. They follow the same sequence your account does, so the first one you can’t answer “yes” to is where you are.
e{employee number}@wnco.com). Entering it on the verify page approves your account automatically. Until that happens, nothing further down this list can. Didn’t get it? The verify page has a Resend button, and a “Request manual verification” option if you can’t reach your SWA email at all. You can always get back to the verify page from your account status page.Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your email address and we’ll take a look.
Can’t find the original setup email? Enter your email address and we’ll send a fresh link, as long as your account is still pending setup.
Visit crewwx.com/status, enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure link to view your account status.
The old A–D scenarios are now a single linear walkthrough: the same five steps whether you’re starting from scratch or just need the share link, with skip-ahead links at the top so you can jump to where you already are.
CrewWX works with Google Calendar too. It has its own full guide, with screenshots at every step.
