Need to update your email address, calendar URL, home airport, name, how early alerts start, or how many Events, Places, Festivals, and Crew Picks show up per city? Visit crewwx.com/update, enter your current email address, and we’ll send you a secure link good for 24 hours.
Paste your calendar URL below to confirm it’s working before signing up or submitting an update. The calendar address should start with either webcal:// or https://
Calendar links can stop working after certain account changes — iCloud sometimes resets public URLs after a password change, and Google can do the same after a security update. Either way, your trips are still syncing in CrewHub; the shared link just needs to be refreshed.
Follow the steps in Scenario C or Scenario D below to re-share your calendar and get a new link, then submit it at crewwx.com/update.
Work through these in order — most issues are caught at step 1 or 2.

You haven’t connected CrewHub to a calendar yet and don’t have a public calendar set up. We’ll set everything up from scratch.
Don’t see your calendar listed? If using iCloud, go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud and make sure Calendars is turned on, then come back here. Still not seeing it? Email [email protected].

You already have a public calendar, but haven’t connected CrewHub to it yet.

CrewHub is already syncing your trips, but your calendar is private. You need to make it public so CrewWX can read it.

CrewHub is already syncing to a public calendar. You just need to copy the link and paste it into CrewWX.
CrewWX works with Google Calendar. The URL you need is called the Secret address in iCal format — a private link Google generates for your calendar. Your calendar stays private; no sharing settings to change.
Before you start: This setting is in the browser version of Google Calendar at calendar.google.com — not the Google Calendar app. Open it in any browser, including on your phone.
The URL ends in .ics — that’s what you’ll paste into CrewWX.

Create a new Google Calendar (Google Support) — if you need to set one up first.
In CrewHub, go to More → My Settings and Notifications → Calendar Sync. Choose your Google Calendar from the list of calendars signed in on your device. CrewHub will start writing your trips to it.
