Where should CrewHub put your trips?

Already syncing CrewHub to a calendar? Pick the account it’s in. Starting fresh? Pick iCloud: it’s the shorter setup by a wide margin.

Apple iCloud Calendar Recommended- shorter setup Your trip calendar is stored in iCloud. The shorter setup: Calendar, CrewHub, share the link, done. Google Calendar Your trip calendar is stored in your Google account, even if you read Google calendars in Apple’s Calendar app. A longer setup- choose it if that’s where your calendars already live.

Open the Calendar app and tap Calendars. Your calendars are grouped by account, one group per account you’re signed in to. If you see an iCloud group, pick Apple iCloud Calendar. If your calendars are all under a Gmail or Google address, pick Google Calendar. If you don’t see either yet, you’re starting fresh: pick iCloud. One thing to know either way: your Southwest email account is also on the phone and CrewHub will sync to a calendar there, but CrewWX can’t read that one. The trips calendar has to live in iCloud or Google. This just tells us which instructions to send.

We’ll send a 6-digit access code to your SWA email using your employee number (e#####@wnco.com) to confirm you’re SWA crew. This keeps CrewWX crew-only without manually checking every signup by hand. It only proves you can read that inbox, and the address is never used again after this one code. After that: verify the code, then connect your calendar.
