The agreement between you and CrewWX™.
These terms are an agreement between you and CrewWX, operated by Lane ("we," "us"). Signing up for CrewWX means you accept them.
The short version: CrewWX is a free private beta built for layover planning. Use it to decide whether to pack running shoes, not to make any aviation decision.
CrewWX reads a calendar feed you share, then emails you weather, events, and nearby picks for the cities on your trips. It is a private beta, free during the beta period. We may add, change, pause, or remove features, or end the service entirely, at any time. We'll aim to give notice before anything significant, but we can't guarantee continuous availability and these terms make no promises about what comes after the beta.
CrewWX is currently open to Southwest Airlines employees who complete employee verification, are 18 or older, and maintain one account with accurate information. Use your own employee number, not someone else's.
You choose to share your calendar feed with CrewWX. You can revoke that at any time by turning off calendar sharing or asking us to delete your account. Keep your email address current so your briefs reach you. How your information is handled is covered in the Privacy Policy.
CrewWX uses consumer-grade weather forecasts. They're good for deciding whether it's a running day or a Netflix day. Do not use CrewWX for flight planning or any operational purpose. You already have the required products for that, provided through official channels.
Event and place information comes from third parties and from curated lists we maintain. Events get canceled, venues close, and hours change. Verify before you build a layover around anything.
Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its data. Don't probe, overload, or interfere with the site. Don't submit information about other people without their knowledge.
Crew Picks and reviews must reflect your own honest experience. Don't submit a pick or review you were paid or compensated for, and don't promote a business you have a stake in without saying so. If an account is abusing the service, we will suspend or remove it.
Weather, event, and place data belong to their providers (OpenWeatherMap, Ticketmaster, Google, and others). We don't control their content and can't guarantee its accuracy.

The CrewWX name, branding, and site content are ours. Your briefs are for your personal use. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything either direction; your calendar data remains yours.
CrewWX is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent Georgia law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CrewWX. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the past twelve months, which is zero.
You can stop using CrewWX and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that violate these terms, or end the service as described in Section 1.
Changes get a new version number and effective date here. If a change matters, you'll get an email before it takes effect, and continuing to use CrewWX after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Georgia.
